Safety Style Pop-Off valve

This upgraded pressure release Pop-off valve will prevent Barotrauma damage to your patient in the event the pop-off valve is left closed. The valve is almost impossible to put into a patient pressure setting over 20 cmH2O; it would require the operator to continuously hold their finger on the red Occlusion valve button while also leaving the knob screwed down. The only other method to over-pressure the patient circuit is to install the Ventilator yellow cap and forget to remove it after switching back to non-ventilator mode (thus the yellow color of the cap).
